Product Availability

Product Returns or Exchanges

Devices sold through the online store may be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of receipt, provided that:

• The product is sealed. Used or opened products are not accepted.
• The original receipt is included.

The customer has paid for both delivery and return shipping costs.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for spare parts.

Defective on Arrival (DOA) Returns

Returns of DOA products must be made within 24 hours. The product must be undamaged and include all original documentation. If confirmed defective:

Returns Due to Wrong Delivery
