How can I place an order?
Online Order: Create an account with your personal details and log in to sarimen.com. If you already have an account, simply sign in using your email and password. Then, browse our online store and add the products you want to your shopping cart. To complete your order, provide all the required information as requested by the system.
Phone Order: Call us at +30 2810-881580 / 881555. Customer service is available Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 and Saturday 08:00 – 13:00.

How can I pay for my order?
Cash on Delivery (COD): You can pay in cash upon delivery of your products to your address. COD is accepted only if the total order cost does not exceed €300.
Bank Transfer: You can deposit the amount to the company’s bank account.
How are products shipped and what are the shipping costs?
For your convenience, you may choose the shipping method after phone consultation with us.
You can choose from: Geniki Taxydromiki, Speedex, ACS, or other courier companies.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery is completed within 3 business days. For remote areas, delivery may take up to 4 days.
Delivery days are Monday through Friday during working hours.
